DIY repair might not be right for your car
Hey, we think it’s great that some of you are buying cool wheels and upgrading your tires. But, please, do not expect us to put these on for you at “no charge”. Today, a young man even wanted us to loan him a tool so he could try it himself! Not sure how that was going to work, since the tool he wanted was not going to get the job done…..and just when you think you’ve heard it all.
Please, remember that there is a cost to drive your beautiful BMW. None of us wants to find out out that a particular part, repair, or service is going to cost more than expected. But, will someone explain how can it be, that an expensive precision made car, comprised of expensive precision made components, (that part is now out of the car and broken), be a cheap fix? How can the part be cheap? How can it be cheap to re-install? There are hundreds of miles of wires in there!
Your BMW deserves to be taken care of properly, do not try this at home.
