BMW explores the future of mobility using films
It is interesting that BMW is once again choosing films as a medium. It has been a while, hasn’t it? This time, there will be actual interaction with the consumer and perhaps future customer. Don’t want to comment too much yet, since the first film is not to be released until Feb.
If I am not mistaken, the previous films, (although they attracted a huge audience), the demographic they attracted was quite different than the median BMW client. Perhaps that was the goal. Maybe BMW was actually prepping for the younger customer, knowing that one day, they would be in the market for a BMW.
It appears these new films are going in a completely and totally different direction from the previous series, beginning with The Hire. They will be exploring “the future of mobility”. We expect them to be awesome and fun.
